The varsity volleyball team opened up the home portion of the schedule on Tuesday night with a victory over league foe Westland John Glenn. The scores were 25-21, 25-17 and 30-28. With the victory the Tractors move to 6-2 on the season.

The varsity girls volleyball team started the season on Saturday by competing in the River Rogue Invitational. The girls completed pool play 4-2 advancing to the tournament finals falling to Cass Tech. On the day the Tractors would finish 6-3 overall.
